Return-policy
1. Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
2. Returns
We offer a "no-hassle" return policy. Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. Used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mifine.com. Our customer support team will assist you through the process. Note that we cannot cover return shipping costs unless the product is Damaged/Defective on Arrival (DOA), which includes any issues affecting appearance, functionality, or structural integrity upon delivery. In such cases, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
3. Packing and Protection
To prevent damage, please return items in their original packaging and follow our fixation and protection instructions. Retain the original packaging; if lost, we can provide alternative packing options at your expense.
4. Risk in Transit
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage during the return process due to improper packaging or issues caused by the logistics supplier. We will inspect returned parcels and provide a damage assessment.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please refer to our “Refund Policy” for more details.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to process. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@mifine.com.
7. Purchases from Non-official Channels
Please note that returns are only accepted for purchases made through Mifine’s official website and stores. Each distributor or partner shop sets its own return policies. For items purchased elsewhere, please contact the seller directly for their return/exchange procedures.
