1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping or production. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. However, we are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped.
2. Return Policy
We pride ourselves on our "no-hassle" return policy. Customers are entitled to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as it was received, including the original packaging. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

3. Refund Process
Once we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be initiated, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
